Apotea
Apotea is a leading online Pharmacy in Sweden – known for their efficient warehouse operations and quick delivery times. They contacted Righthand Robotics, looking to integrate robotic piece picking into their warehouse workflow.
Under contract with Righthand Robotics, ELD lead this effort. It began with solution design of a pilot work cell, through installation & integration, and continued through the production build-out, on-site training, and customer success management.
The result was the most successful equipment integration in Apotea’s history. In particular, ELD helped identify, mitigate, and resolve the miriad small issues that arise during an integration, allowing Apotea to bring the bot into production less than 1 month after installation.
